Training your Staffordshire bull terrier good manners is of vital importance if you want to prevent him from being branded unfairly as a dangerous dog. The breed is boisterous and very loving but this needs controlling. Without control, it can lead to problems. The Staffie has an undeserved reputation and Manchester Dog School have successfully trained them over many years.
STOPPING BAD BEHAVIOUR BY YOUR STAFFORDSHIRE
Some trainers believe that giving a dog treats is the best way to train but in our opinion relying on treats exclusively just does not work particularly with a Staffy. Your dog may learn how behave but only does it at because there's a treat at the end of it and many times treats just stop working. All our training is 1-2-1 with you and your puppy at your home and where you would normally go on a walk. We consider this is a much more effective way of training your puppy.

Owner training is a vital part of the process and working with the owner is a major part of the training. We work extensively with the owner at the kennels to make sure that they understand the commands and can take control of their dog following the training.
